Revolt is the shop most visitors encounter first — it sits inside Fashion Show Mall on the Strip, which means walk-in foot traffic, polished storefront, and a roster of artists used to working under glass. Founded in 2014 by Joey Hamilton and Walter "Sausage" Frank, it grew fast enough to spawn additional locations across Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Texas.

The work skews technical — clean color realism, photoreal black and grey, detailed portraits. It is not a cheap shop and does not try to be. If you want a tourist-strip tattoo that actually holds up under a studio light, this is one of a very short list of rooms in Las Vegas that can deliver it.
