Skin Design has quietly grown into one of the more internationally known shops in Las Vegas, with a second location inside Caesars Palace. The Spring Mountain flagship in Chinatown is where the bulk of the serious custom work happens — realism, lettering, cover-ups — and where the artist roster is deepest.
Expect appointment-based booking, thorough consultations, and pricing that reflects the fact that several of the artists here are national names. It is the kind of shop that will turn down a tattoo idea if they don't think it will look right in ten years.
